I should also note that I have bought both sai and clip studio paint. I have tested it on Clip Studio paint ex as well and I am having the same issue again.

I have contacted the creator of SAI to see if they can help. The only problem I have is with Paint tool sai both 1.0 and 2.0 versions. I have also tested my tablet with Fire Alpaca and it works fine. I should mention that I have a lenovo P51 laptop with a 4k resolution. If this is an issue that literally cannot be changed unless windows or wacom does something on their next update, please tell me so i can stop searching. Please, if you have any advice with this, it is greatly appreciated. contacted wacom support ( still waiting to hear from them but i doubt they will help ) contacted windows support ( didnt help one bit and just wasted my time ) changing all sorts of settings in the painttoolsai application changing the settings in the 'misc' file of my painttoolsai folder enabling and disabling flicks in windows enabling and disabling windows ink in the wacom pen settings

going back to the previous wacom driver I have tried these which failed ( these might work for you if you have a similar problem to mine) :

When windows ink is disabled, my pen pressure completely goes away but the pen works smoothly.

If I dont lift the pen, the cursor follows normally but as soon as I try to make another line, the same lag happens. The program doesnt detect the click right away and then just jumps from the starting point (following a straight line) to the place my pen is currently Whenever I draw on the tablet with windows ink enabled, there is a lag between my pen and the cursor. I am using windows 10 and i have a wacom cintiq 27qhd tablet. My problem is with windows ink and Paint tool sai, but I am sure a lot of other programs have the same issue. After a week of searching for help and miserably failing, I have decided to post here.
